第一次入住燕園酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！前臺戈蕊小姐姐辦理入住時主動幫我升級了房間，聽説我有延住需求，又高效快捷地幫我辦好了手續，全程絲毫不拖沓。更貼心的是，還幫我妥善安排好了早餐，細節真的太到位。服務沒得挑，來天津選這家準沒錯，下次一定還來！

I have stayed at this hotel 20 years ago when it was still formerly Sheraton Hotel. Back then and still now, the service is splendid, the attendants at the reception has warmly greeted, us especially Sally Guo. She took care of us by going up and beyond her boundaries, and it is acts of kindness like such that truly represents a predominant 5 star hotel back 20 years ago and now still. The amenities and recreation, every single aspect of this hotel is truly top notch with full care service. Thank you Sally and to all the representative of this hotel.

Old fashioned hotel / I did not like breakfast ( mostly sweets / all fruit consumed at 0900) There are better options in Tianjin

The service was excellent, especially the front desk manager Sally Ge, who was very thoughtful and considerate. She was very considerate in providing food and accommodation for us. She was very considerate in everything and handled any of our problems, making us feel perfect and like we were back home. The restaurant service was also very good, which made us very satisfied.

This was once a beautiful hotel, which is easy to see; but unfortunately, in my opinion, its glory has somewhat faded. Although the hotel's service is still 5-star, a modernization and renovation of the facilities would not be an unnecessary luxury.

A great hotel, staff was lovely and very helpful and welcoming, they were eager to help and support. Specifically Ms Sally Ge, the guest service manager, she intervened to help us and provide the best service for me and my family. Location was great and hotel was very clean and comfortable.
